Stir-fried Dried Beans with Bacon
Overview
There was a piece left of the bacon I made. It was too fat. I was afraid of making it too oily when steamed, so I used it to stir-fry dried vegetables. I saw there were some dried beans in the cupboard, so I went with it.

Wash the dried beans, soak them in warm water 3 hours in advance, and set aside

Cut the soaked dried beans into inch-long sections, and cut the ginger and chili into shreds

Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the bacon slices and shredded ginger together

Stir-fry some bacon oil, add chili shreds and stir-fry until fragrant

Add dried beans, stir-fry evenly, add water until just covered, add sugar and rice wine, cover and simmer over low heat

Cook over low heat until the water evaporates, then add salt and stir-fry evenly.
