Fried squid rings

Overview

I recently went to the supermarket and discovered for the first time a special-shaped ingredient like squid rings. I thought the circles were so cute, so I just wanted to wrap them in bread crumbs and fry them. Today is my day off so I decided to make a plate of fried squid rings.

Steps

  1. Carefully remove the purple membrane from the outside of the squid rings.

  2. Rinse with boiling water.

  3. Marinate with white wine and pepper for 8 minutes.

  4. While marinating, prepare eggs, flour, and bread crumbs.

  5. Coat with a layer of egg wash.

  6. Coat with another layer of flour.

  7. Coat in bread crumbs and serve on a plate.

  8. When the oil is at level 7 hot, add the squid rings and fry until golden brown!

  9. Plate with lettuce and tomato sauce and enjoy!
