Prepare the ingredients and wash them. You can cut the king oyster mushrooms quickly or shredded. You don’t need to cut them too finely or too thin, because the king oyster mushrooms will shrink when cooked

Cut the chicken muscles diagonally into shreds, peel and shred the carrots, shred the black fungus, and prepare minced garlic

Make sure there is no water in the pot, add some oil, put the minced garlic into the pot and stir-fry a few times, add the chicken muscles into the pot, stir-fry a few times, the muscles begin to change color
