Wash chicken wings.

Add appropriate seasonings, cornstarch, and soy sauce.

Add a few more garlic cloves, mix well and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Marinate the chicken wings and thread them with bamboo skewers.

Place on the baking sheet and roast the garlic as well.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, temporarily set for 30 minutes. Adjust according to the different temperatures of each oven.

After baking for about 10 minutes, turn it over, brush with oil, and repeat twice.

Watch carefully and take it out after it is cooked and sprinkle with salt, pepper and sesame seeds. Continue to bake for another 5 minutes. Take it out of the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
