Wash the watercress; mince the potherb mustard; add cooking wine to the meat filling to make it taste very fresh; chop the green onion into fine pieces.

Put oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add chopped green onion to the pot. Add in the delicious meat filling and stir-fry until the meat filling turns into granules. Add the mustard seeds and stir-fry evenly.

Add the watercress, salt, and sugar and stir-fry evenly. Add a small bowl of water and cook until the watercress is soft and the water in the pot dries up. Remove from the pot and serve on a plate.
