Coriander Pork Liver
Overview

Prepare 250 grams of pork liver, a handful of coriander, onions, ginger, garlic, and appropriate amounts of millet and pepper.

Cut the pork liver into thin slices.

After cleaning the cut pork liver, marinate it in beer for 10 to 15 minutes. Or extract the juice from the onion, ginger and garlic, add cooking wine and water, and marinate the pork liver for 10 to 15 minutes.
