Mushroom Meat Sauce
Overview
With a baby who is just one year old, I have to do things while he is sleeping, but sometimes I am so tired that I don’t want to move. Make some sauce and keep it. It is convenient whether you are cooking noodles in the morning or cooking for lunch or dinner.

Wash and chop the meat

Finely chop scallions, onions and ginger. Dice the mushrooms and forgot to take a photo.

Pour oil into the pot, heat it up, add minced onion, minced green onion, and minced ginger and stir-fry.

Then add diced mushrooms and diced pork and stir-fry

Add peanut sesame paste and stir well

Add water, salt, sugar and cook.

Add cornstarch and soy sauce to make a sauce. Add the sauce when it is almost dry.

Take it out and let it cool before bottling it. It doesn’t look very good, but it’s really delicious.
