Halloween Pumpkin Pie

This weekend is Halloween in the West. Let’s make a pumpkin pie for the occasion. I really can’t stand the bloody works!

Prepare the ingredients for pumpkin coconut filling

Put the milk, eggs, cooked pumpkin, and sugar into the cup

Beat evenly and finely with an electric cooking stick

Then add grated coconut and mix well to form the filling

Place the flying cake skin in the refrigerator to relax and soften, then stack 2 pieces together and use a rolling pin to roll into a large size

Place the crust on the pie plate

Use a roller or a hairpin to make small holes and place it in the refrigerator to rest for 15 minutes

Take out the pie crust and pour in the pumpkin coconut filling

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes, then turn to 170 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes

Once the pumpkin filling has solidified, it is ready to be baked

Melt the dark chocolate in hot water and draw a Halloween picture on the pie for decoration
