When the bubbles become smaller and less, add in the stir-fried peanuts and sesame seeds and stir-fry.

After the peanuts and sesame seeds are evenly coated with the syrup, pour it into a vessel lined with greaseproof paper and flatten it with a spatula or a small spoon; wait until the peanut sesame candy is cool but before it becomes hard and brittle, then cut it into the pieces you like with a knife.
