Glutinous rice yogurt waffles
Overview
Ever since I bought the waffle mold, I have been particularly fond of eating waffles for a while. The yeast version of the waffles is chewier, while the baking powder version also has a unique flavor. With the fresh yogurt and glutinous rice flour, the glutinous texture is great!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add eggs to powdered sugar and beat evenly with egg beater
-
Melt the butter in the pot
-
Add the butter and homemade yogurt to the egg mixture and continue to stir
-
Sift in glutinous rice flour
-
After adding the baking powder, continue beating with egg beaters. The consistency of the batter should be such that it can continue to decrease after lifting the egg beaters, and the batter should also have obvious lines.
-
Preheat the mold over low heat. After preheating, remove from the heat, pour the batter into it, and then smooth it out with a spatula
-
After covering the mold, heat it over low heat for about 10 minutes. Turn over every minute, so that the finished product will be evenly cooked and will not be burnt on the outside and raw on the inside.
-
After heating until the aroma wafts out, open the mold and observe the ripeness at any time. When the color turns slightly yellow, it is ready to serve.
