Boiled pork slices
Overview
I get off work at almost 7 o'clock every day. I have to finish cooking, eating, and cleaning up at 9 o'clock, and then go to bed... This is the rhythm of losing weight (face)~ The company meal at noon is not delicious, so I will improve the food at night, so I try to shorten the cooking time so that I can take a walk after eating~ Here is my quick version of boiled pork slices!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and slice lean meat
-
Pour water and wash 3-5 times
-
Open seasoning
-
There are three generations of material packages inside
-
Add to the meat slices and mix well
-
Marinate for about 5 minutes
-
Wash the rapeseed and blanch it in a pot under boiling water. The stems of the rapeseed will blister slightly. Do not blanch them for too long
-
Set aside for later use (I blanched this a little longer)
-
Put oil in the pan, heat to 50% and stir-fry the marinated meat slices. I like to fry them until they are slightly browned
-
Stir-fry the sauce packets with seasonings
-
Fry for 1 minute, stir out red oil, add hot water
-
Add hot water and cook
-
After 3 minutes, put it into a container with rapeseed
-
Sprinkle in the last seasoning packet and a little chopped green onion
-
Add oil to the pot and heat until 70% hot (slightly smoking)
-
Pour in a container
