Wash the pearl rice, add ginger, red dates and other ingredients, add a small amount of water and cook until the rice swells and is cooked.

Add a 250ml box of pure milk and brown sugar and cook together until the brown sugar melts.

When the porridge becomes thick, turn off the heat and serve in a bowl. The picture I took isn’t very pretty, but it tastes pretty good.
