  2. Put a little oil in the pot, just enough to sauté the onion, ginger and garlic. Don’t add more, otherwise the rice will be too greasy. After the onion, ginger and garlic are fragrant, add Liubiju bean paste and stir-fry together

  3. Then add the chopped potato pieces and stir-fry. I plan to make rice for 6 people. 3 medium-sized potatoes are enough. Stir-fry the potatoes a little, add a little cooking wine, add more light soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of pepper. Stir-fry evenly. Pay attention to stir-fry the ingredients evenly. The potatoes are raw at this time.

  4. At the beginning, wash the rice, add the same amount of water as usual for steaming rice, and soak it in the rice cooker. By the time the potato ingredients are ready, the rice has been soaked for about 15 minutes. At this time, pour the prepared potato ingredients into the rice cooker, then stir evenly, and then press the rice cooker button to start cooking.

  5. After the cooking button jumps up, just simmer for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, some sesame oil, a little chicken essence, mix well and eat. After mixing well, taste it first. If it feels bland, you can add more light soy sauce or salt. Our kids don’t like raw chopped green onions, so I sprinkled some minced pasta spices on them instead.
