Bacon Pork and Winter Melon Roasted Thick Shredded Leaf
Overview
It is a dish that the whole family likes to eat in summer. It is not made into soup, but is half dry and half wet. Adding louver leaves makes it more nutritious. I especially like to eat the thick louver leaves inside, which are very elastic.
