Overview
The homemade egg yolk cake is so delicious, all the ingredients are processed by yourself. The lard is boiled with lard suet; the duck egg yolk is wrapped in raw salted duck eggs, which wastes a lot of egg white; the lotus paste filling and bean paste filling are cooked in a pressure cooker, broken into pieces with cooking sticks, added with sugar and corn oil, and fried into a dough in a non-stick pan. I made it for several days. Although it was very hard, I felt it was more delicious than buying lard, egg yolk, bean paste and lotus paste filling online. I made a lot of egg yolk cakes at one time, so I didn’t take many pictures in the rush.
