Wash raisins in warm water

Mix eggs, milk and sugar

Mix flour and baking powder evenly

Add animal fat, I use lard refined at home, usually butter

Knead the flour and oil evenly with your hands

Add the egg liquid from step 3 and mix well

Add raisins and mix well

Roll the dough into a piece, press it into shape with a grinder, and put it in the refrigerator for a while

Brush the surface with egg wash and put it in the oven at 180~200℃ for 15~20 minutes
