Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add soy sauce, cornstarch, and oil and marinate for ten minutes.

Cut the rapeseed stems into dices, put them in water together with the corn and immediately put them in cold water.

Stir-fry the chicken pieces in a hot pan with cold oil until they change colour.

Add corn, rapeseed grains, and salt and stir-fry for a while, then drain.

Heat another pan, add more oil and fry the eggs until fragrant (in addition to adding flavor, the main reason is that after the eggs are fried, the fried rice will not stick to the pan).

Pour in the rice and stir-fry until loose (it’s best to use overnight rice to stir-fry).

When the rice is fried until it jumps, add the chicken, corn, and rapeseed grains.

Stir well over high heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion!
