Enjoy the water chestnut tomatoes grown by our local elderly.

Cut tomatoes into small pieces, prepare 2 eggs, appropriate amount of minced pork and coriander.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the tomatoes for a few times.

Add minced pork and stir-fry until loose. Remove from pan.

Break the eggs into the pan and fry until cooked.

Scramble the eggs.

Pour the minced pork and tomatoes together, and add an appropriate amount of water or stock. I just happened to have pork soup, so I added pork soup.

Cook for a while until the soup thickens, add salt according to taste, add coriander and drink.

It’s super delicious when mixed with rice.
