Pour the snails into clean water, add 2 tablespoons of oil and spit out the sediment⚠️It is best to buy the snails in the morning and eat them in the afternoon, so that there is enough time for the snails to spit out the sediment. Be sure to add oil to the water in which the snails are soaked, so that the sediment will be spit out quickly and clean. The water must be changed every 2 hours

Wash, take out and set aside

Cut onion and pepper into sections, slice ginger
