Dry Fried Beef Balls
Overview
The weather is hot in midsummer, and many people can’t eat hot dishes, so I introduce to you a very seasonal meat dish—Turkish-style dry-fried beef balls. This is a simple and easy to make main dish and snack. It's crispy when eaten hot or refreshing when eaten cold. It can be eaten with rice or bread. You can eat it any time you want.
