Cut the bamboo shoots into large pieces and select the peanuts;

Wash the peanuts and soak them for half an hour;

Start cooking in one pot;

Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fennel and Lao Ganma all come together in the pot;

Bring to a boil over high heat;

After cooking for 1 hour, remove the peanuts and drain the soup. Be sure to keep the remaining soup and don’t pour it;

Put it on a baking sheet or bamboo sieve and start to bask in the sun. Don’t be afraid of getting tanned! 😂

After two or three days of exposure, remember to turn it over halfway;

Use the remaining soup and return it to the stove to collect the juice and dry it again;

This time I cooked 2 large pots and dried 2 baking pans;
