Prepare the ingredients and wash the quick-frozen clam slices for later use.

Bring to a simmer, add star anise and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Turn up the heat to high, add green peppers and carrots and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the side dishes for 5 seconds, then add the dried chili pepper and minced garlic and stir-fry.

Pour in the clam slices, stir-fry over high heat, stir-fry as long as you can't lift the wok!

Stir-fry for 10 seconds, add salt and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly.
