Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut Lipu taro into cubes and steam.
-
Place in a large bowl and crush by hand first.
-
Put the chopped taro, light cream, milk, sugar and purple sweet potato into the meat grinder and grind for a few tens of seconds (the purple sweet potato is added to the taro puree just for coloring. If you like the original color of the taro puree, you can omit the purple sweet potato). After grinding, the taro puree is ready. I forgot to take a photo of the finished product.
-
If you want to make taro puree milk tea, you can apply the taro puree on the wall of the cup first (it seems like this is how it is done in milk tea shops, but you can also put the taro puree directly.)
-
Add milk tea and a cup of taro milk tea is completed.
-
You can also use taro paste to make taro paste sandwiches. You have to figure out what other possible ways to eat taro paste such as taro paste bread, taro paste egg yolk cakes, etc.!
