Overview
I saw the dish of stewed fish in an iron pot before and thought it was delicious. This time I made it myself, referring to other recipes and improving it according to my own taste and situation. It may be different from the authentic one and should be more suitable for the taste of Sichuan people. After making it, it tasted really good and was praised by my wife.
