Prepare the ingredients and wash them.

Use a knife to cut lactone tofu into small pieces for easy pouring.

Cut the chives into small pieces and the peppers into small rings.

Pour light soy sauce and rice vinegar into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Scoop out 2 tablespoons of Ah Kuan's corn beef sauce and large beef particles. The amount of sauce can be increased or decreased according to personal taste.

Heat oil in a pot, add tofu and bring to a boil.

Pour the bowl juice, egg liquid and beef sauce into the tofu and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
