Home-style braised fish
Overview
Today I used the rainbow eagle to make braised fish. In fact, our family rarely eats fish, and we know that eating more fish is good. But the main reason is that my dad doesn’t like fish, so the family rarely buys it. Occasionally, the most popular fish is this fish and African crucian carp. I still like to eat fish. The meat of these two kinds of fish is fresh and tender, and there are relatively few bones. They are very suitable for people like me who like to eat fish but are afraid of fish bones.

Clean the fish, make two cuts on both sides of the fish, spread evenly with a little salt and marinate for 1 hour

Slice ginger, chop green onion

Heat oil in a pan, add fish and ginger slices and fry

Fry until golden brown on both sides

Use a little dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar, sour, salt and water to make a sauce

Pour the sauce into the pot, cover it and simmer for a while

Flip the fish over and continue simmering until the soup is almost dry. Turn off the heat and take it out
