Wash fresh empty vegetable stems.

Wash the Cantonese-style sausage and steam it for about eight minutes, then take it out and let it cool.

Cut the empty vegetable stems into small pieces and add a little salt to taste.

Cut into thin slices with a diagonal knife.

Heat the oil (a little bit is enough), add the sausage and stir-fry for a few times.
