Rainbow Jelly

Overview

Homemade jelly is safe and delicious, a favorite among children.

Cut all the fruits into cubes and make them as you like
Prepare a six-inch cake mold and a bowl
As shown in the picture, wrap the bottom of the mold with plastic wrap and wrap the bowl as well
The fruits are arranged as shown in the picture, you can arrange them as you like
Add gelatine powder and white sugar to 180g of water and boil until dissolved, or add directly to boiling water and stir to dissolve
After melting, let it cool and then pour it into the fruit. Press the bowl with your hands otherwise it will float. Place it in the refrigerator and refrigerate until it solidifies (use a heavy object to press the bowl and put it in the refrigerator)
