Curry lemongrass boiled clams
Overview
I bought some dried lemongrass some time ago but never had a chance to use it. It smells delicious. I put it in the clams and cooked it together today. It tastes a bit weird, maybe not everyone can adapt to its taste. It’s always good to try it. Clams are served with curry lemongrass. Curious students can try it

Wash the clams

Make a small piece of curry, slice onions, cut ginger into small pieces, and tie thatch into small balls

Heat a little oil in a pan

Add half of the ginger slices, onions and dry red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

Add clams and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the shell of the clam changes color and opens a little, then you can scoop it out

Pour a little bit of oil into the pot (I forgot to take a picture of this step, use the previous picture, just put a little bit of oil)

Add curry cubes, add water to boil and add lemongrass

Add clams

Add a little coconut milk

Cook until all the clams open
