Chaoshan Food---Oyster Brand
Overview
I have wanted to eat this for a long time, but I thought it was too expensive to buy it. I don’t know which one is more delicious. Recently, my wife also wanted to eat it, so I decided to buy oysters tonight. I originally planned to let my mother-in-law fry them, but then I thought about it and decided to do it myself😄

😂I forgot to take a family photo, so I have to go through the steps. First wash a small piece of lean meat and cut it into small pieces
-
Wash the oysters, drain the water with a colander, and put them in a basin for later use
-
The eggs can be beaten directly into the oysters, and the green onions should be cut into small pieces (you can also leave them out, but they will be more fragrant if left on)
-
Scoop the potato starch directly into the oysters, depending on the amount of oysters, because oysters already have moisture and will probably become a paste
-
Add some salt (it is recommended not to add other seasonings here.) You can also add the lean meat and stir it. If you want it to be thinner, it is best to add some water. This will make it easier to fry and easier to shape
-
Heat the pan, add oil, a little more oil, then wait for the oil to be hot, first lower the heat, scoop a spoonful of oysters into the pan, it is almost the same as frying a poached egg, don't always think about flipping it, so that it will not fall apart
-
Finally, take it out of the pan and dip it in some chili sauce, it’s quite delicious
