Shrimp wontons
Overview
For a long time, breakfast has been relatively simple. Niu'er has some objections and has suggested many times that I share breakfast. Haha, breakfast is usually more abundant. For various reasons, I still haven’t dried it in the sun. Recently, my mother has simply made breakfast, which is the same every day. Although there are eggs, milk, and occasionally meat, the variety is too single, so there is no idea of dating it. In fact, children want a rich breakfast, well, as rich as possible. Niu'er loves to eat wontons, so it's very convenient to wrap some and freeze them, so you can cook a bowl early in the morning. I have always had misunderstandings about frozen wontons. I always thought that they cannot be frozen. In fact, the deliciousness of wontons is not affected after being frozen. They are very convenient to eat and very nutritious. Recently, I often take advantage of Sundays or holidays to pack more and freeze them, so I can eat and cook them anytime. It’s so delicious. In the past, when making wontons, I always used pork belly filling, which I found a little greasy. But these few times, I used pure lean meat and shrimp meat to make wontons. They taste very good, and the clear water soup is particularly delicious. Even if it is not for children, it is very beautiful to cook a bowl for yourself when you are lazy.
