Ingredients: three eggs, 30 grams of milk powder, 30 grams of corn starch, 30 grams of white sugar, 30 grams of white rice, a few drops of vinegar

Take the egg whites and put them in a large basin that is oil-free and water-free.

Pour in white rice vinegar

Beat a small amount of white sugar with a whisk at low speed to create a large foam. Add a little more until the foam is fine and then add the rest at high speed.

Beat until medium dry foam forms.

Add milk powder to cornstarch.

Sift the powder into the egg white bubbles and stir evenly with a rubber knife.

Put into the piping bag and squeeze out the pan.

Place the upper tube at 90 degrees and the lower tube at 120 degrees in the preheated middle oven and bake for 110 minutes.
