Blue Crystal Ocean Mousse
Overview
If I hadn’t gone to the Maldives, maybe I wouldn’t have known that the color of the sea water should be crystal blue. The sea in Dalian can no longer be found to be blue. I am full of regrets. Let’s make an ocean mousse to comfort my hurt heart! However, when the photo was taken, due to poor lighting, the effect was much different from the actual color. In fact, this mousse cake is really beautiful. The blue wine jelly is like pieces of crystal clear crystal, so beautiful!
