Cabbage with spicy kelp
Overview
This is a dish that my mother often cooked when I was little. Usually for dinner, the crispy and watery cabbage sticks, slightly spicy, are paired with a bowl of polenta. It is spicy and hot, keeping the cold out.

Prepare cabbage and kelp.

Cut the cabbage and kelp into approximately 2cm pieces.

Put cold oil in the pot, add dried red pepper and heat together.

When the pepper is fragrant, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry for a while until it softens slightly.

Add kelp and stir-fry.

Add salt. Stir-fry for a while. When the cabbage becomes soft but still crispy, add a small amount of chicken essence and take it out of the pan.
