Get the ingredients ready.

Cut the baby cabbage into pieces.

Add 8 cooked chestnuts with appropriate amount of water and puree them in a food processor.

After a bowl of broth is boiled, add crushed chestnut puree, half a spoonful of salt, a quarter spoonful of sugar for freshness, and finally add half a bowl of water starch and bring to a boil. If you don’t have any soup stock, half a piece of soup stock will do.
