Red dates and multi-grain rice cereal
Overview
This is a very simple and quick nutritious rice porridge. There are a lot of miscellaneous grains at home, and it takes time to make porridge, so I have multigrain rice porridge for breakfast every day, which is very nourishing to the stomach. Sometimes I put sweet potatoes, sometimes I put yams. This morning I put a few big red dates, and it immediately changed the taste, sweet, because I added some small black beans to the grains, which not only improves nutrition but also adds some flavor, which is very popular.
