Steamed Pork
Overview
Pork belly: For this steamed pork dish, I fill it with pork belly. The steamed pork rice noodles are my homemade big meat rice noodles, which are very rich and fragrant.

Prepare pork belly and sweet potatoes.

Take a bamboo steamer, cut a piece of tin foil and place it in it.

Make steamed pork rice noodles.

Stir-fry until slightly brown.

Crush with a household grinder.

Slice pork belly.

Put the sliced meat into a basin and add June bean paste, light soy sauce, oil and minced ginger.

Pour in the steamed pork rice noodles.

Wear disposable gloves and mix evenly.

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and put them in the steamer.

Place the meat slices coated with rice noodles into the steamer one by one.

Place the steamer in the pressure cooker and steam for 40 minutes (after the water boils, turn on the steam pressure valve for 40 minutes).

After serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
