Braised tofu
Overview
Water tofu is unpressurized tofu. I wonder if it is sold in the south? It is very common in morning markets in our Northeast. Some of the stalls selling tofu have water tofu, which is particularly moist and tender, and is deeply loved by the people in the Northeast~~

Ingredients required: water tofu, minced meat, mushrooms, fungus, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, green onions.

Place the mesh-shaped colander on a suitable container and place the watery tofu on it to drain.

Dice mushrooms, fungus, and green onions.

Heat oil in a hot pan, add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

Pour in a little cooking wine.

Add diced mushrooms, diced fungus, and chopped green onions and stir-fry for a while until the diced mushrooms become soft.

Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Add a little water.

Thicken with water starch.

Turn off the heat, add some chopped green onion, and serve.

When eating, don't put all the meat marinade on the tofu at once. Eat by the spoonful.
