Chicken hearts with black bean sauce

Wash the chicken hearts and cut them in half. Soak in blood, remove and drain.

Mix the chicken hearts with tempeh, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and chili powder, and marinate for 24 hours to enhance the flavor.

Pour oil into the pot, add onion and ginger and stir-fry

Pour in the marinated chicken hearts and stir-fry.

Pour in the marinating sauce and add sugar (I didn't add salt because the tempeh was salty enough).

Boil over high heat and collect the juice.

Serve on a plate.
