Wash the lotus seeds and lilies and soak them in water for one hour and set aside.

Peel and wash the pear.

Cut in half and core.

Cut into crescent-shaped slices.

Put pear slices, lotus seeds and lilies into the stew pot.

Bring to a boil and simmer for ten minutes.

Shape the minced pork into several small balls. Throw it into the pot, cook for ten minutes, and season with salt before serving.
