Place the bread bucket into the bread machine and secure it, then close the lid

Select the standard bread program, follow the default 900g, medium-burning color settings, and select "One-click operation" to start the program

The kneaded dough begins to ferment; during the fermentation stage, you can press the "Pause" button to temporarily suspend the program according to the situation to allow the dough to fully ferment

After the fermentation is completed, start baking; at this time, you can brush egg wash on the surface and sprinkle decorative materials on the surface according to your preference, but I usually omit these when making it with a bread machine
