Carrot balls
Overview
This snack is often sold in front of the school. I was worried about the quality of the oil outside, so I recently learned to make it, improved it, and shared it with everyone.

Peel and wash the white radish and cut into thin strips. (Pork, green onions, celery, mushrooms) cut into fine dices, add flour and eggs.

Use chopsticks to mix it evenly.

With one hand, open the tiger's mouth to squeeze the batter, and with the other hand, use a spoon to scoop it into the pan for frying (I forgot to take a picture of this step, I can't take care of it by myself, sorry).

You're done. It tastes better with some tomato sauce.
