Rice with diced pork, radish and potatoes
Overview
Do you have children at home who like to pick out things? It doesn’t matter, put some thought into it and shape the rice into a cute hellkeety cat. I believe this cute meal can change the appetite of children with picky taste buds.

-
Ingredients required: Peel and dice potatoes and carrots, and cut meat into dices.
-
Add a spoonful of soybean paste, two spoons of starch and an appropriate amount of soy sauce to the diced meat, mix well and set aside.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Blanch the radish and potatoes until they are 8 ripe and remove.
-
Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a wok, add the diced meat and stir-fry for a while.
-
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.
-
Add about a small bowl of water and bring to a boil.
-
Finally add diced radish and potatoes and cook until the soup thickens and turn off the heat.
-
Take a plate, put an appropriate amount of white rice in a ziplock bag, and form it into a small cat head shape. As shown in the figure
-
Cut the Xinmei radish into bow ties, and cut the black grapes and cherry tomatoes into thin slices.
-
Put the grape cherry tomatoes into white rice to shape them, then use an appropriate amount of white rice balls to make two small balls the size of table tennis balls and place them on both sides. Just cut out 6 small cat whiskers from the seaweed and put them in.
-
Finally, pour the diced potatoes, radish and meat around the rice balls to finish. (Be careful not to pour the soup on the rice, so as not to affect the aesthetics)
