Clean the snow peas and remove the tendons on both sides.

Cut the sausage into thin slices and slice the garlic.

After the pot is hot, pour a little oil and stir-fry the sausage. When the oil becomes transparent, pour a spoonful of cooking wine, then add the snow peas and stir-fry together with a little salt and garlic cloves. After stir-frying, it is ready to serve. Do not add too much salt. The sausage is salty. Just add half the salt of normal cooking. Do not fry for too long, otherwise the snow peas will turn yellow and lose their crisp texture.
