Pour the whole eggs, vanilla extract, salt and brown sugar into a bowl and beat until smooth;

Add low-gluten flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder, stir evenly;

Add almonds and raisins and mix well to form a dough;

Stir well into dough;

Divide the dough into two parts, place it on the baking cloth, and shape into a flat round shape;
