Prepare fish, coriander, daikon, ginger, garlic, scallions, onions

Cut the fish head in half (I didn’t cut it) and marinate the fish slices with cooking wine

Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger slices until fragrant, add fish head and fry

Fry until golden brown on both sides

Add green onions, onions, and garlic

Release water

Shredded white radish in water

Put fish fillets
-
Add seasoning, salt, chicken essence, coriander and green onions

The water is boiling and the pot is ready
