Barbecued Pork Crispy
Overview
I made barbecued pork at home over the weekend, and used it and the flying pancake crust to make barbecued pork cakes for breakfast today! Simple and delicious!

Homemade barbecued pork cut into small cubes

Take a small pot and add light soy sauce

Add oyster sauce

Add granulated sugar

Add appropriate amount of water and wet cornstarch

Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring while cooking

Cook until thickened, add barbecued pork and cook again

Cook until the juice is almost gone and add sesame oil

Sprinkle white sesame seeds and mix well to form filling

Take a piece of pie crust and cut it into two

Put appropriate amount of barbecued pork filling

Fold it in half and pinch the three sides tightly

Poke some small holes in it

Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and brush with egg wash

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds

Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
