Tomato Bolognese Pasta
Overview
Every time I go to Shuitian Western Restaurant, I like to order their tomato meat sauce noodles for 25 per serving. The sour and refreshing taste is my favorite. So I went home and tinkered with it. Copycat a bit. The taste was unexpectedly good. Relatively refreshing. Mainly I used fresh tomatoes instead of ketchup. The cost for 3 people is about 20 yuan. Making it yourself is both cost-effective and healthy. It’s also convenient to make more sauce and store it in the refrigerator

Chop onions and set aside

Chop the tomatoes into cubes and make a paste

Marinate the minced meat bought in the supermarket with cooking wine, salt and MSG for 5 minutes, then heat the pot and fry the minced meat directly without adding oil. The meat is slightly charred. The minced meat is a bit fatty so no need to add any oil.

Pour in appropriate amount of pure milk. You can leave it out according to personal taste

Finally, pour an appropriate amount of finished tomato sauce to make the flavor richer. Fresh tomato sauce has a refreshing taste. Add salt to taste and some black pepper to taste. You can also leave it out. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. If the tomato sauce is thick, turn off the heat
