Steps
-
I forgot to take a photo of the soaked hair wings, so I found a photo on the Internet~ You need to use [Liang Baikai] to soak the hair for 2 to 3 hours.
-
Wash the pork bones and simmer for about 40 minutes until the soup turns white. Then take out the pork bones and put half a thick soup treasure in the soup.
-
After taking out the pork bones, let them cool, then tear the meat from the bones, and then tear it into thin shreds. Then put the bones back into the soup and continue cooking.
-
Fry the eggs, spread them into omelettes and cut them into shreds.
-
Shred ham, mushrooms, and fungus (I forgot to take pictures of the mushrooms and fungus...)
-
Take out the pork bones, put down the shredded mushrooms, shredded fungus, shredded ham and vegetarian wings. Add soy sauce and salt and simmer for 20 minutes.
-
Add shredded eggs, stir evenly, and then add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce to adjust the color.
-
Then simmer for another 30 minutes. (The longer you cook it, the better it tastes)
-
After 30 minutes, adjust the overnight water starch to thicken the bowl of wings. Stir quickly and evenly, otherwise lumps will form.
-
After boiling, put it into a bowl, add pepper and Zhejiang vinegar according to your own taste, and you are ready to eat!
