Preparation: cucumber (taken out of the refrigerator and chilled to make it crispier), garlic, small lime.

Cilantro.

Clean the cucumber, pat and cut into sections, mince the garlic, and slice the lime into slices.

Cut the coriander into small pieces and don’t break it too much so it’s easy to pick up and eat.

Put cucumber, minced garlic, and small lime into a large bowl, mix with sesame oil, vinegar, and sugar.

Mix well.

Add coriander and mix well to taste.
